The Queen will most certainly be in residence for a week in June when she will attend the Royal Ascot race meeting and also for the Order of the Garter service.

This castle is a very busy attraction and many parts of the castle are open to the public and when the Queen is in official residence the attraction of the Changing of the Guard is a spectacular event.
